By purchasing, accessing, or using products and software from Hearthly Supply Co. (operating under puffiarvin.click), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Our smart atmosphere systems rely on integrated software that updates automatically.

2. Use of Hardware and Software

Our devices (including but not limited to the HearthGlow Diffuser X1, LumaPanel Ambient Light Wall, and DriftSound Spatial Speaker) are intended for personal, indoor wellness use. You agree not to reverse engineer the adaptive environment AI or use the hardware in a manner contrary to the safety guidelines.

3. Ecosystem Connectivity

The Mood Presets and Adaptive AI features require an active Wi-Fi connection. Hearthly Supply Co. is not responsible for feature limitations resulting from your local network's instability.

4. Warranty and Liability

All hardware comes with a standard 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Hearthly Supply Co. is not liable for any psychological or physical outcomes derived from the use of our atmospheric modes, as these are meant for lifestyle enhancement, not medical treatment.

5. Subscriptions

Certain premium soundscapes and advanced AI mood presets may require a monthly wellness subscription. Terms of these subscriptions will be provided at the time of purchase and can be cancelled at any time.
